Hurricane Sandy maybe threatening to derail trick or treating, but kids in Hunts Point did not dampen their Halloween spirit. Scores of children dressed in their favorite hero or ghoul costume marched through Hunts Point during the 27th Annual South Bronx Halloween Parade.
