Crash? What Crash?

BRONX NEW YORK, JUNE11- Members of the NYPD Highway Patrol and the New York State Police were on the scene of a serious crash reported sometime before 6 a.m., on June 7.

A dump truck left the northbound I-95 roadway, just passed the Bronx border at Pelham Manor and struck a tree. However, repeated calls to the NYPD, FDNY, Pelham Manor Police Department, the New York State Police as well as the Westchester County Police Department all produced the same response and none of the agencies have any record of the incident. The owner of the truck, AMV Trucking of Hillside, NJ., would only say that the accident was not fatal. No other information was available at this time.
