iPhone Thief Caught on Tape

BRONX, NEW YORK, September 12- Police have released subway surveillance photos of the man, they say, robbed a woman of her iPhone.

At around 12:25 p.m. on August 7, the suspect approached a 19-year-old woman while she was boarding the D train at the Fordham Road and Grand Concourse subway station. The man snatched the pricey smart phone from her hands and fled on foot.

Police released surveillance video from inside the station. The suspect is described as a 20 to 25-year-old black male who is 5 foot 10, thin build, wearing a blue and white striped shirt, brown shorts, and black shoes.
