Man Wounded in W. Fordham Shooting

BRONX, NEW YORK, December 4- An unidentified victim was recovering after being shot multiple times in University Heights.

Police and EMS were called to 2300 Loring Place North, at the Corner of W. Fordham Road, at 10:25 p.m., on December 2, when they discovered the victim, only identified as a male in his 20s with multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital and was reported to have been in serious but stable condition.

Cops from the 52nd Precinct were reportedly looking for the suspect, described by one source as a black male in his 20s, wearing a gray jacket. The suspect fled from the scene on foot.

EMS reported that the victim was shot at least three times, once in the lower back, once in the leg and once in the groin area.

Police continue to investigate.
