Two three pointers by Hannah Missry raised the home team’s advantage to 14, 51-37, with 5:20 Left on the clock. After the game, Coach Gaitley complimented “the inside-outisde play” of Clark and Missry for the victory. Clark scored 18 and Missry scored 17.
The coach also recognized the tough non-conference schedule for its recent great success, “The non-conference schedule absolutely prepared us for the conference.”
A contingent of Fordham alums from the women’s basketball program included Hall of Fame members Anne Gregory O’Connell and Mary Ann Belotti were honored at the half.
